Hi:

Does any document mention about flow of HP server boot up? when HP server boot up, server will check configuration for start processes and go to start processes program.......

I need to know these configuration which save in ?? file in /etc and start ??? programs in /sbin .. or where?

All HP-UX servers boot in the same basic way.

If you check the site I gave above you should be able to find what you need. However, I'll be nice and give you a bit of a start.

Boot up sequence:
