      <description>Since the monitor is msamon, I would guess that you've got an MSA array of some type.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;I would look at whatever software is available for the array and see if it is reporting any errors.  &lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;It is probably a good idea to get HP involved.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;However, the 800-633-3600 telephone number will not do you much good in China.  Contact whatever phone number corresponds to your local HP Response Center.</description>
