    <description>Shalom,&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;root.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Thats the only user that can modify the /etc/rc.config.d/netconf file&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Therefore the real issue at hand is who used the root password, or perhaps there are more than one user id zero (root) accounts in /etc/passwd&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;vipw&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Check /etc/passwd&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Check the sulog, perhaps some regular user did an su - root.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;SEP</description>

      <description>hi,&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;also check the output of:&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt; last&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;and compare with the timestamp of the /etc/hosts file...&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;(assuming nobody changed the files after the change was made.)&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;good luck!&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;kind regards&lt;BR /&gt;yogeeraj</description>
