What is process spawned?

What is process spawned? how does it relate swap space ?

The question is not very clear to me , could you please put some more information?

spawning of a process means creation of a process, when a process is created is OS loads the binary into main memory and if there is not enough free space in the RAM then a part of another process is saved on a swap device.

Or more accurately, maps it into virtual memory.
