parstatus problems

Got chassis & cell information unavailable when doing parstatus. GSP was reseted and patch PHKL_30524 was applied also. Any suggestions on this? Thanks, Jeff.

you have onlu one partion configured and it is down, not up. last line you posted is indicating partition 0 in inactive state.

John, thanks for your reply. Actually, partition 0 is up & running. On the OS level, everything looks good except 'parstatus'.

partition 0 is the only partition on this SD32B and it's impossible in 'down' state when O/S is up & running. my problem is the parstatus doesn't work and give some errors even though the O/s looks fine. Any suggestions, appreciate.

This patch should not casue the error.

Did u install the dependant PHKL_30523 along with PHKL_30524?

which h/w plaform it is?"model"
