KRS error code 2

Hi all,

I am having problem with /stand,got following errors then i compiled the a newkernel with mk_kernel and then booted that kernel manually.
but the same error is coming again.
I want to patch the kernel but i am not able to do with the error coz my kernel is corrupted.

Sytem info 11.23 IA64

ERROR ---------------------

be out of sync with the booted kernel configuration.
