Dear all

There is a customer who experiences the above problem. The system renains idle for 10 minutes and then operates normally since the next event (2 times per day)

System : rp7410
OS: HPUX 11i v1

Any ideas?

I am thinking that it is the process of openview performance manager .
try to restart the ovpm and check .

Hello

We have already done this but the probem persists. Some new data shows that this problem appears after a snap creation/backup script is executed therefore it might be a combined problem.

Any suggestions
