      <description>Shalom,&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;1) Back up your customized index and configuration files.&lt;BR /&gt;2) swremove all versions of ignite&lt;BR /&gt;3) swinstall new version of ignite&lt;BR /&gt;4) Use you old configuration files to redo your customizations if any.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Ignite is designed to not overwrite old versions with swinstall. This is the source of the issues. It must be removed prior to upgrade. I wish HP would change this, but they probably have good reasons for doing it that way.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;SEP</description>
