    <description>I have a server that hangs and i have to shutdown and bring back up.  The folling is a message I get in the logs.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Alert Level 13= Systems Hang Detected Via Timer Poping&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Any idead's?</description>

      <description>Shalom,&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;That message came up for us regularly on our rp5450 servers. It never led to a system failure. Eventually it went away as we upgrade d firmware and installed regular bi-annual updates. I don't know which actually solved the problem.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;SEP</description>

      <description>hi,&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;It sounds like you have an L or N class server.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;this was fixed with firmware updates so check you PDC firmware level. Its also worth updating the firmware on the GSP aswell.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Andy</description>

      <description>hi,&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;just double check my notes and its a gsp firmware update thats needed.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;example from patch details&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt; Another possible chassis code "footprint" would be this &lt;BR /&gt;        Alert Level 13 Error: &lt;BR /&gt;        ************************************************************ &lt;BR /&gt;        Log Entry # 5 : &lt;BR /&gt;        SYSTEM NAME: HP000001 &lt;BR /&gt;        DATE: 12/15/2002 TIME: 06:06:48 &lt;BR /&gt;        ALERT LEVEL: 13 = System hang detected via timer popping &lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;sorry for getting it the wrong way round&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Andy</description>
