Here are the reasons:

NOTE: The fileset "PHCO_23492.CORE-KRN,r=1.0" is already installed.

=> already installed = skipped

NOTE: This software will be excluded from further processing.
NOTE: The SUBAGT-MIB2 fileset will be skipped, because
higher version of the Emanate Agents is already installed

=> skipped

NOTE: The patch fileset "PHSS_35434.CDE-JPN-S-HELP,r=1.0" may only
be installed upon a previously installed base fileset. The
specification for this base fileset is
"CDE.CDE-JPN-S-HELP,fr=B.11.11,v=HP".  Since there is no
fileset on the target or selected from the source which
matches this specification, fileset
"PHSS_35434.CDE-JPN-S-HELP,r=1.0" will be excluded.

=> not installed = skipped

and so on ...

Important:

* Summary of Analysis Phase:
* 702 of 930 filesets will be Skipped.
* 228 of 930 filesets had no Errors or Warnings.
* The Analysis Phase succeeded.

NO errors! Good!

No need to worry!

Ganesh,

Some patches are already installed, as the system will match what the target has, that's why you will see partial. It is normal.

WK

The patch bundles are cumulative.

Some patches in the Jun '07 (11.23 Standard Patch Bundles) are already in the Mar '07 (11.23 Standard Patch Bundles)or even in the Sep '06 (11.23 Standard Patch Bundles) ... and already installed if you did install one of the bundles or individual patches.

Consider to assign points!

Have fun!

The number of messages you see when you explicitly select a patch bundle can be frustrating, and with older versions of SD-UX (swinstall) it is possible to see some odd error messages. For these reasons I usually recommend that patch bundles always be installes with the "-x patch_match_target=true" option rather than by marking the bundle. This way SD will only try to install the patches that make sense, rather than trying to install them all and tossing out the ones that cannot.

Either way, the same content should end up on the system in the end.
