    <description>As this is a remote printer you will also need to look at the remote queue.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;If the remote queue goes offline then the reference to it will also go offline.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Direct connections are much easier to troubleshoot.&lt;BR /&gt;</description>

      <description>Hi,&lt;BR /&gt;I am getting following message and printer gets disabled.This is happening intermittently. &lt;BR /&gt; &lt;BR /&gt;printer UOQ_prt disabled since Sep 13 09:44 -&lt;BR /&gt;        disabled by scheduler: Printer interface script returned non-zero exit status.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Please help me to solve this..&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Regards&lt;BR /&gt;Anoop</description>

      <description>Anoop,&lt;BR /&gt;     You may try stopping/starting the scheduler and later disable/enable the printer.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Stop/Start Scheduler:&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;/usr/sbin/lpshut  - Stops scheduler&lt;BR /&gt;/usr/sbin/lpsched - Starts scheduler&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Disable/Enable Printers&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;disable &lt;PRINTER-NAME&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;enable  &lt;PRINTER-NAME&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Cheers,&lt;BR /&gt;Ashish&lt;/PRINTER-NAME&gt;&lt;/PRINTER-NAME&gt;</description>
