The IVM software needs to be installed as a bundle. Each is dependant on each other. I remember there are some other core dependancies needed as well. Those are included with the OS install or can be gotten. Partition MGR is one that comes to mind. Check the release notes.

The list should look like this for T2767AC IVM.

# T2767AC A.03.00 Integrity VM
# T2767AC.HPVM A.03.00 Integrity VM HPVM
T2767AC.HPVM.HPVM-CORE A.03.00 Integrity VM HPVM Core
T2767AC.HPVM.HPVM-VMSGTK A.03.00 Integrity VM Serviceguard Toolkit
# T2767AC.VMAGENT A.03.00 HP Resource Allocation Agent for Integrity VM
T2767AC.VMAGENT.VMAGENT-LIB A.03.00 HP Resource Allocation Agent for Integrity VM libraries
T2767AC.VMAGENT.VMAGENT-RUN A.03.00 HP Resource Allocation Agent for Integrity VM command files
NOTE: The fileset "vmKernel.HPVM-KRN,r=A.02.00" was excluded due to
an exrequisite dependency on "VirtualPartition"

I suspect your server already has Virtual Partitions (vPars) installed. These two products are mutually exclusive, hence the "exrequisite dependency"

You would need to swremove vPars first
