      <description>HI i am getting below error and can not get display one of my hp-unix 11 server. i already tried insf -e but it not help me.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;\\`/dev/crt`.&lt;BR /&gt;Please either specify the proper device filename in&lt;BR /&gt;your /etc/X11/X0screens file or fix `/dev/crt`.  This filename is either&lt;BR /&gt;non-existent or is not a character special file.&lt;BR /&gt;Fatal server error:&lt;BR /&gt;</description>

      <description>Shalom,&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;In addition to what Torsten says, please try rmsf on the current device files then insf -e.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;What kind of display is this? Is it compatible with your video card(svga)?&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;SEP</description>

      <description>Have you done a ignite installation of an older server?&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;You should have /etc/rc.config.d/xf86 and /sbin/rc2.d/S700xf86 linked to /sbin/init.d/xf86 to start the right xserver!&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Volkmar&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;</description>

      <description>Hi again,&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;sorry for my phrasing - it's only one link - /etc/rc.config.d/xf86 is a separate file.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Check your /etc/rc.log, do you have:&lt;BR /&gt;Install/Load XF86 DLKM Helper Modules&lt;BR /&gt;Output from "/sbin/rc2.d/S700xf86 start" ?&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Your system shouldn't use /etc/X11/X0screens but /etc/X11/XF86Config !&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Check RJ's hints ...&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Volkmar&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;</description>
