      <description>I was trying to check the icap status in our hp box but it failed with errors below.&lt;BR /&gt;insmp6:/root#icapstatus&lt;BR /&gt;ERROR:   The following low-level error occurred:&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;HTTP Error (500 Internal Server Error).&lt;BR /&gt;insmp6:/root#icapstatus -s&lt;BR /&gt;ERROR:   The following low-level error occurred:&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;HTTP Error (500 Internal Server Error).&lt;BR /&gt;insmp6:/root#&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Can somebody help explain what this error means and how to resolve it? thanks in advance</description>

      <description>Hi,&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;iCAP uses the WBEM CIM providers to gather data.       <description>what is the model(wanted to confirm if it is a cell based system;looks so) and OS verion?which version of CIM/WBEM version you have?whihc Npar and icod version?&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;is there an entry an entry for icap in /etc/inittab?</description>

      <description>&lt;BR /&gt;Lexxx,&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;1) Verify the icapd daemon is running. &lt;BR /&gt;2) Verify the cimservers are running &lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;3) swverify \* and check the icap.log file for both partitions. ) &lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;4)you can try to kill the icapd daemon and verify it is automatically restarted. &lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;5) You can try to stop the cimservers (and kill the cimserverd) then restart them. &lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;WK</description>
