      <description>Dear sirs,&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;we have one server with followig file system information(attachment),now we cannot take ignite ux backup from system,due to root file system is mounted with /dev/root in multi usermode (init 3) booting.Pls help to get a solution for this problem&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;regards&lt;BR /&gt;BKB</description>

      <description>have you tried try this mv /etc/mnttab /etc/mnttab.prev&lt;BR /&gt;mount -a&lt;BR /&gt;then post the result. may be this will help.</description>
