      <description>Hello,&lt;BR /&gt;when i launch /opt/ldapux/config/display_profile_cache i see the default search base, how can i change this search method?&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;i've modified the file:&lt;BR /&gt;/etc/opt/ldapux/ldapux_profile.ldif&lt;BR /&gt;and restarted ldapux client but i'm still with the same default search.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Thanks in advance.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;regards,&lt;BR /&gt;Cedrick Gaillard</description>

      <description>Hello Cedrick,&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;You need to change the default search base in the ldapux profile stored in the directory, and not the one stored in /etc/opt/ldapux/ldapux_profile.ldif.&lt;BR /&gt;You can find the DN of the profile in the file /etc/opt/ldapux/ldapux_client.conf, attribute named PROFILE_ENTRY_DN.&lt;BR /&gt;Once you modified the profile in the directory, you need to update your client of wait for the ldapclientd daemon to update the profile automatically (if you have the ldapclientd setup to automatically update it's profile).&lt;BR /&gt;To force an update you need to run the get_profile_entry command and then restart the ldapclientd.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Regards,&lt;BR /&gt;  Cristian&lt;BR /&gt;</description>
