    <description>Hi Atul ,&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Try to find out the largest files and core files on the filesystem and do house keep if possible othewise extend the filesystem (depends the situation)&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;fyi:-&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;To find out largest files/directories of the filesystem&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;#du -ak /filesystem |sort -rn |head -n 30&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Thanks,&lt;BR /&gt;Aneesh</description>

      <description>Dear all&lt;BR /&gt;      I know if the /var is full how to solve this issue , but if any other filesytem is full excluding var .What steps should I follow to solve this issue.</description>

      <description>he aneash ;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;if you make a patch mangemnt recently . your /var/adm/sw/save director will be most occupiers in the var. if you dont want to rollback any patches you can delete superseeded patches in that directory by&lt;BR /&gt;"cleanup -c 1"   &lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;you can look at which director is filling /var by &lt;BR /&gt;"du -sk /var/* | sort -rnk 1"&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Hasan.&lt;BR /&gt;please assign points.</description>

      <description>also check whether you have any dumps saved in /var/adm/crash. If there are, and they are not relevant, delete them&lt;BR /&gt;</description>
