hi all,

I would like to add a firewall rule to allow port 6543 on my primary lan interface.Which subnet should I mention to network guys to allow this port.
lan903: flags=8000000000001843
inet 10.5.35.132 netmask fffffff0 broadcast 10.5.35.143

Hi

if you want to one host then no need to define any subnet

but if you want to allow multiple host then you need to define the subnet from accessing addresses.

Not sure I understand the question. Are you concerned about the subnet on which the port's open or from which subnets to allow connection requests? lan903 is on subnet 10.5.35.128
