The codeword will be generated based on the part number of the install media - so you need it.
Using this codeword you can "enable" the software depot on the DVD/CD and install it.

Shalom Fayis,

My experience is that you need to reinstall. You are probably better off using an updated version of the bundle.

The software is delivered on the Application CD. A software contract is required to get that CD. It is important to modify your software contract to add support for this bundle so you get updates.

SEP

>Please let me know how we can apply the HP C/Ansi C developer's Bundle permenent license recently brought?

You should no longer be able to buy this old bundle. The new product is a combined HP C/aC++ Developer's Bundle, B9007AA. (It looks like you have this.) You have a license for every CPU in the machine?

>system is already working fine with evaluation copy. is it need to reinstall to apply the license we recently brought?

>SEP: My experience is that you need to reinstall.

Yes, you must completely remove this bundle and install the Developer's Bundle. The latest version came out in Sept 2007.

>SEP: The software is delivered on the Application CD.

If you have a support contract, you can also download this from the SUM program:
http://www12.itrc.hp.com/service/sum/home.do

>SEP: You are probably better off using an updated version of the bundle.

Another reason to get the real product is that the eval compiler can't be patched.
