TSM Client installation problem.

Hi all,

I have HPUX 11.11 server. I am trying to install TSM client on the machine. But not able to install and getting following errors.

There is currently no depot software on host "XXXX" at location
"/cdrom". Make sure that an absolute pathname is
specified for location (beginning with "/").

Output of following commands are here

# swlist -d /cdrom
# Initializing...
# Contacting target "XXXXX"...
ERROR: The expected depot or root does not exist at "/var/spool/sw".
ERROR: There is currently no depot software on host "XXXX" at
location "/var/spool/sw". Make sure that an absolute pathname
is specified for location (beginning with "/").

please let me know where exactly the problem is.

Hi Nagesh,
I suggest you copy the .depot file to your temporary directory then run swinstall -s

Thanks for the response. I am not able to find any .depot file in my TSM client CD.
