    <description>Hi Thomas,&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;It looks to me as if the NFS mount succeeded, but the file was not &lt;BR /&gt;accessible from the target machine. Several possibilities: &lt;BR /&gt;   - the file has a different name (check your config files) &lt;BR /&gt;   - the file has the wrong permissions such that it is not readable &lt;BR /&gt;     (check /etc/exports) &lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Best Regards,&lt;BR /&gt;Prashanth</description>

      <description>Dear Admins,&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;While installing client from ignite server, I am getting following error&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;cat: Cannot open /tmp/ign_configure/archive_nfs/xxtcu70.gz: Not a directory&lt;BR /&gt;   * Completed 0 KBytes of archive&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;gunzip: stdin: unexpected end of file&lt;BR /&gt;pax_iux: The archive is empty.&lt;BR /&gt;ERROR:   Cannot load OS archive (English HP-UX 11.11 CDE - 64 Bit OS)&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;         The configuration process has incurred an error, would you like&lt;BR /&gt;         to push a shell for debugging purposes? (y/[n]):&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;First time I am configuring ignite server using golden image&lt;BR /&gt;Please help me to fix this issue&lt;BR /&gt;Thanks in advance&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Regards&lt;BR /&gt;Thomas&lt;BR /&gt;</description>

      <description>Hi Thomas,&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Check your configuration file:&lt;BR /&gt;/var/opt/ignite/data/Rel_B.11.11/core_archive_cfg&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;In the sw_sel stanza, check for the following:&lt;BR /&gt;nfs_source = "&lt;IGNITE_SERVER_IP&gt;:&lt;LOCATION_OF_ARCHIVES&gt;"&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;This points nfs_source to the directory where the archive resides, which must be NFS exported.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;If you have another server, you can check if your NFS already exported, this to ensure that this is not an NFS issue&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Regards,&lt;BR /&gt;Sandy&lt;/LOCATION_OF_ARCHIVES&gt;&lt;/IGNITE_SERVER_IP&gt;</description>
