Vxfs with large files

Hello,

I want to change my file system to support large files. I am on hp-ux 11.23. should I unmount my system or no need?

I will do:

- umount
- fsadm -F vxfs -o largefiles /dev/vgxx/rlvolx
- mount

what do you think about that?
Of course i will backup my data first.

Think look like ok but please verify you convert the nolarge filesystem to largefilesystem only for HFS file system.

and take backup before execute the commands.

I would just do the fsadm and not bother back up the data.

I am on a cluster system, should I do this on both nodes? the file system is cluster aware.
