    <description>Yes.  This the X-window Virtual Frame Buffer.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;It is in in memory xserver, the display goes to never never land.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Used mainly in the past because Oracle used to have some weird startup java applet that required a X-console/terminal that never did anything.  Later versions of Oracle removed this issue.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;</description>

      <description>Hello All,&lt;BR /&gt;Does the HP11.23 OS comes with default Xserver.How do i check that.&lt;BR /&gt;There is a software called xvrb - how do i check the existance if it on the server once it is installed - looks like it wont show up in swlist.please advice</description>

      <description>I believe xvrb is the x vitual buffer.  can be used as non-interactive psuedo x window for applications that demand it.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Are you looking for X-Window desktops, obsoleted CDE or Ximian Gnome is included with 11.23 ?  They also function like xservers ?&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;I apologize if I am missing your question completely.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;</description>
