My new question is about Ignite, if is possible build golden image form DVD?
For example now i have goolden image create from os 11.23 , how can i create golden image with 11v1 and 11v3?Thanks a lot for help.

I don't think it will be possible.
Golden image requires installed OS on the server.

Take a time and install, patch and so on 11v1 and 11v3 machines and create and images.

Your Ignite server can be any supported version of HP-UX. You will for golden images need a swcopy of the OS on the Ignite server. This can be very big.
