      <description>hello all , I have recieved the following error on dmesg&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt; LVM: Performed a switch for Lun ID = 0 (pv = 0x0000000058ad4000), from raw device 0x1f0f0000 (with priority: 0, and current flags: 0x0) to raw device 0x1f100000 (with priority: 1, and current flags: 0x0).&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;what cld be an issue?</description>

      <description>Hi Kelvin ,&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;It could be volume group resides on the PV path /dev/dsk/c15t0d0 switched to alternative path /dev/dsk/c16t0d0 .&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Please check the below things:&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;pvdisplay /dev/dsk/c15t0d0&lt;BR /&gt; &lt;BR /&gt;Check whether the PV state  is available and also do details analysis for this pV if your are gettings the issue repeatedly and also check the volume group health.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Thanks ,&lt;BR /&gt;Aneesh&lt;BR /&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;0x1f0f0000 is a controller device c15t0d0, major number 31 that probably reset itself.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Verfiy that this is a controller with 'lsdev' command searching on 31.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Also attach this report:&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;/usr/sbin/cstm&amp;lt;&amp;lt;-EOF&lt;BR /&gt;runutil logtool&lt;BR /&gt;rs&lt;BR /&gt;EOF</description>
