    <description>Hello everyone I got following problem, I am trying to start virtualization but:&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;I have tried to boot hosts from ISO file:&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;[Storage Interface Details]&lt;BR /&gt;Guest                                 Physical&lt;BR /&gt;Device  Adaptor    Bus Dev Ftn Tgt Lun Storage   Device&lt;BR /&gt;======= ========== === === === === === ========= =========================&lt;BR /&gt;dvd     scsi         0   0   0   0   0 file      /depot/iso-dvd/RHEL4-U4-i386-AS-disc1.iso&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;hpvmconsole -P jebat&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt; blk0 : Acpi(PNP0A03,0)/Pci(0|0)/Scsi(Pun0,Lun0)&lt;BR /&gt;  blk1 : Acpi(PNP0A03,0)/Pci(0|0)/Scsi(Pun0,Lun0)/CDROM(Entry0)&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;I have no fs devices (no fs were recognized), so I cannot boot from it. FS running on system is VxFS (standart for HP-UX)&lt;BR /&gt;I have also tried to create a null: depository and then in EFI with commands  IN,EJ to mount ISO file but the same problem(no fs device).&lt;BR /&gt;I have EFI version :EFI Shell version 1.10 [14.62]&lt;BR /&gt;--------------------------------------------&lt;BR /&gt;Next problem is with DVD ROM, whenever I try to add access to virtual guest, I got following error&lt;BR /&gt;# hpvmmodify -P jebu -a dvd:scsi::disk:/dev/rdsk/c0t0d0&lt;BR /&gt;hpvmmodify: ERROR (jebu): Device file '/dev/rdsk/c0t0d0' in use by server.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;-no I/O operation are at that time running on CDROM, I have also tried mount/umount CDROM&lt;BR /&gt;(device c0t0d0 is CDROM (ioscan -funC disk)&lt;BR /&gt;----I have tried to share CDROM by hpvmdevmgmt but with no progress)&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;swlist ouptput:&lt;BR /&gt;# swlist|grep -i "integrity vm"&lt;BR /&gt;  T2767AC                       A.03.50        Integrity VM&lt;BR /&gt;  VMGuestLib                    A.03.50        Integrity VM Guest Support Libraries&lt;BR /&gt;  VMKernelSW                    A.03.50        Integrity VM Kernel Software&lt;BR /&gt;  VMProvider                    A.03.50        WBEM Provider for Integrity VM&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Thanks for responses&lt;BR /&gt;Thomas&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;</description>

      <description>ok CDROM is accessible by VMguest I have remove a line by hpvmdevmgmt, but even if I put &lt;BR /&gt;hpvmmodify -P jebu -a dvd:scsi::disk:/dev/rdsk/c0t0d0&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;then I start it and join to console I have no fs there just blk&lt;BR /&gt;br Thomas&lt;BR /&gt;</description>

      <description>I did not work with linux in a HPVM yet, but I'm pretty sure the "i386" image will not work.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;The release notes say you need &lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Red Hat Linux Enterprise Edition Advanced Server Release 4 update 5&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;and your version does not look like update 5 ...</description>
