    <description>Shalom,&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Recommend restoring the system to the ignite backup I know you did before you started patching it.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;I surmise the patching fail either do to a filesystem getting to close to full or an actual failure in one of the patch install scripts. It could also indicate a hardware problem.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;SEP</description>

      <description>I have installed HP-UX 11.23 PA Dec 2006 on two servers (and applied all the patch bundles of Dec 2007), then I have installed (but not configured) "VERITAS Storage foundation for Oracle HA", at the end of installation it asked me to rebooted all the servers.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;After rebooting, when both systems are booting, it showed some failed messages.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Remounting Root File System ......................................... FAIL *&lt;BR /&gt;Enable auxiliary swap space ......................................... FAIL *Start NFS client subsystem .......................................... FAIL *&lt;BR /&gt;Initialize Instant Capacity ......................................... FAIL *&lt;BR /&gt;krsd[1652]: Can't create /stand/current/krs/config.krs.tmp: No such file or directory&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;After login with root user, the mount/df commands gives bellow errors.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;# mount&lt;BR /&gt;mount: cannot access /sbin/mount_enh&lt;BR /&gt;# df&lt;BR /&gt;df: Can't open shared library: libdlv_vxfs.so.1&lt;BR /&gt;#                                                              &lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;I am not understanding what is the problem. can any one help me. &lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;</description>

      <description>Seems like mainly problem with the root file system(read/write mount not happening), Either boot into single user mode or thru CD-Rom and run fsck on all filesystems.</description>
