hi Jim,

the source and 11i vx versions is found at:
http://hpux.cs.utah.edu/hppd/hpux/Sysadmin/sudo-1.6.9p11/

unfortunately, did not find that of 11.00.

can you try to download the source and build it as per instructions therein?

Dear Jim

u can down load sudo from the above thread posted from dennie
after that do ftp put in to /usr/local directory for example
then do swinstall -s then full path
