    <description>Good morning!!&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;It looks like the cpu is belly up.  Do you have support on this system?  It will be impossible to read any log files unless the system is up, so that's out.  What about, in the PDC menu, type ser for SERvice, and PIM.       <description>Hi Admins;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;I have a HP 9000 rp2470 HP-UX unix 11iv1 server and the system can't load /stand&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;A system crach is occured&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;system alert&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;system name:ARESLAN&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;date 04/15/2008 :time: 7h48&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;alert level:12=software failure&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;reason for alert&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;source:1=processor&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;source détail:1=1 processor general&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;source ID:0&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;problème detail:0=no problem detail&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;After&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;LED STATE:unexpected reboot.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;running non-os code no-critical error detected. check chassis and console logs for error messages 0xF8E000301100EFFF  type 31&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;A:ack read of this entry   X:disable all future alert messages.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;I tried booting thru ISL with&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;hpux -is&lt;BR /&gt;hpu -is /stand/vmunix&lt;BR /&gt;hpux -is /stand/vmunix.prev&lt;BR /&gt;hpux -lm /stand/vmunix&lt;BR /&gt;hpux -lm /stand/vmunix.prev&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;nothing work out. kindly give your suggestions&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;thx&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;kacou&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;</description>

      <description>Shalom,&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;If the CPU failed there should be a HPMC, High Priority Machine Check in the MP log.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Otherwise, I suspect the system board or other major component.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Its a hardware call either way.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;SEP</description>

      <description>"nothing work out" - that's it?&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;No messages?&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Stop at the boot main menu and do&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&amp;gt; in wa&lt;BR /&gt;&amp;gt; in all&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;If you can run "hpux" you are obviously already on the disk.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;How about&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;ISL&amp;gt; hpux ll&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;(lower case L)</description>
