I believe the OpenGL libs are part of the TCOE (Technical Computing Operating Environment), which isn't downloadable as its a chargeable item. Also bear in mind that even these libs in 11iv2 don't include hardware acceleration for local rendering (if thats what you were looking for)

See release notes here:

http://docs.hp.com/en/5992-2852/ch04s06.html

HTH

Duncan

Not possible.

http://docs.hp.com/en/5992-2852/ch04s06.html

--
All modules for hardware-accelerated OpenGL rendering have been removed because PA-RISC Workstations are not supported by this release.[13] OpenGL rendering to remote displays is supported via GLX protocol and the HP Virtual Memory Driver.
--

You will need to have the TCOE license.

http://h20392.www2.hp.com/portal/swdepot/displayProductInfo.do?productNumber=T1900AC

Regards,
Robert-Jan
