Installaton Problem Urgent

While installing hp unix 11.11 i am getting an error after all the file system selection when i select the GO tab installation is starting but its giving error .its customized os.
during installation i select install hp ux>media install>advance installation....

i am not installing through ignite server...

error is

What server model do you have and what OS version do you install (release date)?

All the I/O errors point IMHO to bad hardware (CD media, CD drive, HDD ...).

Server model is rp3410.i am going to inall hp unix 11.11 and i got the CD fromhe customer is hp unix 11i operating enviornment june 2004 version.its an customized os.i am also suspecting the media (cd) only.but i dont know why its showing some ignite unix related things like the source /tmp/ign_configure/sd_cdrom..
and during boot from cd its showing

Don't worry about the graphics device. It is installed, but not supported. This piece of hardware is the same as in another server (rx2600), but only supported there.

IMHO I would use another __newer__ install media. June 2004 is a bit old.

Try to verify the CD in another system if it is readable and consider to use a newer media.
