      <description>Hi Kacou,&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;You need to check how this user was setup. As stated above make sure that the /home directory does exist for this user.  &lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;sp,&lt;BR /&gt;</description>
