    <description>This is generally an indication that there is something out there on the FC card that has the same address as the card.&lt;BR /&gt;disconnect the discs/devices, and reboot to see if yoiu still get the error.&lt;BR /&gt;if not, then you need to start investigating what is out on the FC connections.&lt;BR /&gt;you do not say what hardware is involved here.&lt;BR /&gt;</description>

      <description>Hello all,&lt;BR /&gt;I just recently installed 2 A6685A Tachyon cards in my K460.  I also upgraded to the latest firmware 41.33.
