Dear All

I have a requirement to monitor all the user activities included console output in the HP UX server In other words, all the commands and outputs should be logged between an user logged-in to logged-out (we use ssh for remote login). I think its possible by scripting with script command. Since i don't have good knowledge in scripting so I tried to down load some script from itrc but I could not make it. however, I like to attached a script which have downloaded and try to use in my environment but finally it did not work. It would be very appraisable if some one can help me to using this script to fulfill my purpose or can give me a more simple new script for my purpose

Thanks
Robin
Robin,

MOst of the time this requirement is satisfied with turning on "accounting" once you've got the system turned over to "trusted mode."

It's a pretty simple concept, if you research it a bit.
