ACL issues

Hi,

I'm having a weird issue and maybe you could help me.

Into a user's home directory (ftp user) with ACL's showed up as files, instead of directories, when viewed via a browser.

Then we are not able to access them.

We tried to fix that by putting that directory into another one, without ACL, then it works .

What could be the issue ?

What browser? What type of URL was used?
What does a real shell (ll) say about those files? If ll(1) works, your browser is broken.

Hi Marco:

Basic FTP command set. 'File' Transfer Protocol. (* Not Directories *)
