Large files error

I have created logical volume and when I am trying to put he file system on it, I am getting error for large files. My logical volume will be of size 60GB

bash-3.2# newfs -F vxfs /dev/vgoracle/rlvol1
version 5 layout
524288 sectors, 524288 blocks of size 1024, log size 16384 blocks
unlimited inodes, largefiles not supported
524288 data blocks, 507712 free data blocks
16 allocation units of 32768 blocks, 32768 data blocks

Run "fsadm -o largefiles /dev/vgoracle/rlvol1".

It's not an error. It's simply reporting that you created the file system without largefiles support, which is the default. You need to add the "-o largefiles" option to newfs to enable largefiles support when creating it. Now that it's created, you can enable largefiles support with this command:

fsadm -F vxfs -o largefiles /dev/vgoracle/lvol1
