      <description>Hi guys,&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;I have been getting this error on one of my servers syslog. The server is hpux 11.11. Have anyone seen this before?       <description>No, nothing change lately..  no firmware update or cpu turn on. Yes, we do use the icod. The model is RP8420.</description>
