Missing driver during swinstall analysis

Hello, I'm trying to install the "WBEM Provider for the Fibre Channel HBA on HP-UX 11.11" but receive the following messages during the swinstall analysis:

The corequisite "FC-TACHYON-TL.FC-TL-RUN,r>=B.11.11.13,a=HP-UX_B.11.11_32/64,v=HP" for fileset "WBEMP-FCP.FCP-LIB,r=B.11.11.04" cannot be successfully resolved.

The corequisite "FC-TACHYON-TL.FC-TL-RUN,r>=B.11.11.13,a=HP-UX_B.11.11_32/64,v=HP"
for fileset "WBEMP-FCP.FCP-RUN,r=B.11.11.04" cannot be successfully resolved.

* Summary of Analysis Phase:
Exclude WBEMP-FCP.FCP-LIB,r=B.11.11.04
Exclude WBEMP-FCP.FCP-RUN,r=B.11.11.04

I thought it would just be a matter of installing the latest Tachyon TL Fibre Channel Driver Patch for HP-UX 11.11 but the most recent patch, PHSS_31326 B.11.11.12, is already installed on this server. I can't seem to find one for revision B.11.11.13 or higher.

I'm sure I'm overlooking something obvious.

Can anyone provide some guidance on this?
I would really appreciate it.

This is the tachyon version 11.11.13
