      <title>FTP access error. Connection Lost</title>

      <description>I am trying to get ftp access my rp5470 running hpux B.11.11. I am getting connection lost on my ftp client when I try ftping from a Windows platform. I do not get this error when accessing using another Unix server. &lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;I checked the syslog and got this error:&lt;BR /&gt;getpeername (usr/lbin/ftpd): Socket operati&lt;BR /&gt;on on non-socket&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;#grep ftp /etc/inetd.conf&lt;BR /&gt;ftp stream tcp nowait root /usr/lbin/ftpd ftpd -l&lt;BR /&gt;tftp dgram  udp wait root /usr/lbin/tftpd tftpd\&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Can someone please help</description>

      <description>reread the inet daemon and check again. and also you can verify to ftp localhost.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;#inetd -c</description>
