    <description>This is not something you are going to get fixed with the assistance of ITRC forum members. You need to get a call logged with the response centre *immediately* - they'll need to compare you're configuration against what was sold and what's in the utility pricing portal and then help you fix this (potentially with emergency codewords).       <title>iCAP Processors problem</title>
