    <description>Do you run this by cron or by script in general?&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;The archive is too big for 1 tape, ignite want to ask you for a second, but can not do this (because it was run in a script).&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;1) too much data for 1 tape&lt;BR /&gt;or&lt;BR /&gt;2) bad tape</description>

      <title>Ignite back up failed</title>

      <description>My Ignite backup is failing on itanium based server, it is rx8620 and OS version is 11.23. I am getting the following mesg in /var/opt/ignite/recovery/date/recovery.log file:&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;pax: Ready for volume 2&lt;BR /&gt;pax: Type "go" when ready to proceed (or "quit" to abort): ^G&lt;BR /&gt;pax: Unable to prompt user: /dev/tty is unavailable.&lt;BR /&gt;WARNING: The pax command returned a non-zero exit status (exit status 1).&lt;BR /&gt;ERROR:   The find_files command failed (exit status 141).&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;ERROR:   The make_sys_image command failed. The system recovery archive will &lt;BR /&gt;         not be created.&lt;BR /&gt;=======  08/29/08 12:05:00 EDT  make_tape_recovery completed unsuccessfully&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Can any one give me some idea?&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;</description>

      <description>Hi ,&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;I think your drive or tape may gone bad.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;pls try #ioscan -fn |grep -i no (check for no hardware)&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;I want know , this error is occured in bettween the backup or in starting of backup!&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Regards,&lt;BR /&gt;SHR</description>
