install error

Hello ,
I'm trying to install OS on a vm machine.BUt he install failed with the below error.
Any idea?.Much appreciated.

The arguments that were supplied to the linker are the linker

and placed in /stand/vmunix, "exit" the shell.

What version (release date) are you trying to install from what kind of source?

Shalom,

I would suspect bad media or an incomplete Core OS on the Ignite server.

More details on the server and OS version would be helpful.

trying to install hpux11.23 from dec2007 cd media on to the vm machine runs virtul machine v3.50.
