Looks like a corrupted (incomplete) download of the depot. Download again.

Hi,
Its looks the depot was corrupted see the first line of the ERROR

ERROR: The internal uncompress routine has detected corruption while
decompressing to file
"/opt/java1.5/THIRDPARTYLICENSEREADME.txt" which has
compression type "gzip".

As Torsten suggest download the new one and be sure if you ftp the download file from window box to hpbox do it in binary mode.
