      <description>Dear All,&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;I am facing slow response problem on a rp8420 server with HPUX 11.23 and a database. It is a Production Server.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Please tell what is this process and how it can affect the server/database etc.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;following is the top output.       <description>No need to restart ems,becaz regitrar process not creating any issue on this now(it looks like ems not configured )..i suggest you to work with oracle team and ask them to fine tune oracle db ,still you are facing issue,then better to go for addln processos.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;rgds&lt;BR /&gt;skr</description>
