For HP-UX 11.11 is Q4 what I should use to analyze/prepare a crash dump to send to HP?

If yes, then: The Q4 "USING Q4 TO ANALYZE SYSTEM DUMP FILES" (For 10.10 - 11.20)document I have was sent to me in February of 2006. Is there a more current version for HP-UX 11.11 that I should be using?

If you are going to send it to HP, you don't need to do anything other than provide the directory under /var/adm/crash/. Or whatever the Response Center asks.

Hi,

Q4 is a old tool. HP is having Q4 based latest tools like crashinfo. Unless HP send this too1 and ask to run, you can upload the dump files to HP. They will analyse and provide the root cause.
