      <description>Hi,&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;What is the problem you are getting? You need to use SAM to admin and manage the printers. &lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;And there are many thing you can do with lp commands itself. Do you need those commands?</description>

You might want to try using swlist directly:&lt;BR /&gt;# swlist -l fileset PrinterMgmt&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;If this doesn't show anything, you will have to install off of your media.&lt;BR /&gt;# swinstall -s /dev/cdrom PrinterMgmt&lt;BR /&gt;(or whatever your device is.)</description>
