https://community.hpe.com/t5/operating-system-hp-ux/msu-security-device-problem/m-p/4291168#M336859 I have had two occurances of app. software not being able to read a MSU security dongle.<BR /><BR />MSU hangs off a tty0p2 port on the back of the server(HP N-class unix).<BR /><BR />The only thing that seems to fix the problem is rebooting the server.<BR /><BR />A month or so ago we had a power outage in the computer room which fried on of the boot disks. We got that fixed, but since then the RUN light goes out sometimes but everything seems to run normally.<BR />Is it possible the power outage could have messed up the port that the security device connects to?
