      <description>Hi,&lt;BR /&gt;thank's for your reply&lt;BR /&gt;I've installed this patch and all patchs related to SG,and the problem stil persist.&lt;BR /&gt;I think that the server initiate a panic when it is killing all user processes,especialy when the ots service is stopping.the panic is:instruction page fault or data page fault.&lt;BR /&gt;the OTS version is C.11.01&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;regards</description>
