server panic

Hi,
I've Service Guard 11.16 installed with two nodes(hpux 11.11).I want to test a failover;so I initiate a shutdown in one node:the package is owned by the other,all is ok.But the server which is rebooting panic and generate a crash.0....
I have generate file with crashinfo;here is an extract of the files:

also it's a good idea to run a patch assessment tool and review proposed patches.

thank's for your reply
I've installed this patch and all patchs related to SG,and the problem stil persist.
I think that the server initiate a panic when it is killing all user processes,especialy when the ots service is stopping.the panic is:instruction page fault or data page fault.
the OTS version is C.11.01
