How to solve. I can't access the server. and also I got the error lookup failed.whem i tried to access the server.</description>

      <description>Hi,&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;It says DNS is failed to resolve the given server name. Few questions here..&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Are you able to access the DNS server?&lt;BR /&gt;you can find the DNS server address from /etc/resolv.conf file. &lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;if DNS server is down then name resolution will fail. Another possiblity is that the corresponding server entry may not be there in the DNS server database. In that case either you need to add the entry in DNS server or put the entry in /etc/hosts to resolve locally.&lt;BR /&gt;</description>
