    <description>You mean can you use a cat6 GbE cable in a 100BT port? Yes you can, but of course you'll only get 100BaseT speed. The physical media is backwards compatible.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;If its terminating into a GbE port on a switch you might need to hard set the speed to 100FD on both the host and the switch.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;HTH&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Duncan</description>
